Welcome and thank you for participating in this study on College Student Stress. Please access the appropriate "Quiz" page each day at a time and location of your choosing and complete the tasks within. It is estimated these will take between 2-7 minutes, your participation is greatly appreciated. Following the first task, the 7th task, and the 14th task you will be asked to click on a link and fill out the surveys provided to the best of your ability. Please answer as honestly as you can and complete all items.If you miss the 1st, 7th, or 14th task, please email the primary researcher to receive a link for the surveys. Each participant will receive one entry into the raffle per day involved in the research study, up to a maximum of 14 entries. At the end of the data collection phase of the research the raffle will be drawn for one of two $50 visa gift cards. Additionally your instructors will be notified of your participation in the study, where extra credit is made available for students participating in research.

This study and the tasks involved has the potential to cause some stress or anxiety. It is not expected that this will exceed what is normally experienced in day-to-day life. If you become distressed or uncomfortable at any point during the study you may consult with the primary researcher, contact the counseling center, and or terminate participation in the study. You may contact the counseling and wellness center at 897-8251 for an appointment at any time. You may also email them at tconsidine@rivier.edu. If you are experiencing an emergency please contact Campus Safety at 888-1666 or 911.

If you wish to terminate participation in the study, please contact the primary researcher of your decision and you will be immediately removed from the study without penalty. The primary researcher can be contacted at mmurtagh@rivier.edu. You will still be eligible for any and all incentives if you decide to terminate participation.
