I have switched the email function to a slower, but more reliable process. Be patient when submitting. It will likely give you a message at the bottom of the browser that says it is waiting for www.rivier.edu. That is normal, just wait and it will eventually send the email. Only click on the submit button once! Wait for the software to take you to the next page.
